COVID-19 Update

Despite this unprecedented situation we have been able to maintain full operations without compromising the health and safety of our co-workers. Orders are shipping as usual and due to good inventory levels at multiple locations we’re normally able to ship within 1-2 business days. 

As the only manufacturer in our industry still offering exclusively North American-made products, we have been experiencing a large increase in demand. Most products will continue to ship from our US facility, while certain high-demand items may ship directly from our Canadian facility, depending on availability. 

We continue to work diligently with domestic suppliers in ongoing efforts to onshore our entire supply chain to exclusively North American made components wherever possible, and to accelerate our transition to a zero chinese content policy. 

Thank you for your continued business and confidence through these challenging times. We ask for your understanding that with the supply chain and transportation disruptions now affecting all countries, including the US and Canada, some shipping (and transit) delays may be inevitable.

In addition many countries, including several within the EU, are not accepting international shipments deemed non-essential. Such shipments may either not be accepted by carriers or returned to us, in that case affected orders will be cancelled and refunded.
